When I was asked to help with the Voices of Watford City recruitment campaign, I had to stop and ask “Where is Watford City?”

Located on the north side of Theodore Roosevelt National Park in western North Dakota, Watford City went from having schools that were getting ready to close to the fastest-growing county in the 2020 U.S. Census. With all that growth, they are now looking for more people who want to make their career and home in their lovely city and further expand the offerings of the community.
